Dongguan Fuyuan Electronic Co., Ltd. (Fuyuang) will exhibit at the 2nd GIS Global Innovation Show & Global Innovation Summit · Hong Kong, held 25-27 August 2026 at AsiaWorld-Expo. At booth A-2-117 the company will present charging solutions for embodied AI robots, drones, outdoor service robots, AGVs and light electric vehicles, along with the certification and manufacturing detail buyers ask for.
Hosted by the Global Tech Innovation Alliance (Hong Kong) and co-hosted by the Silicon Valley Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum, the show runs under the theme "Connect the World, Disrupt the Future". It spans eight sectors — among them AI + Embodied Robot, New Energy & Automotive Technology and Advanced Manufacturing — and organisers expect more than 500 investors and over 1,000 professional procurement companies.
Robot builders, drone manufacturers, AGV integrators and light electric vehicle brands share one dependency: a lithium battery pack and a charger matched precisely to it. It is usually specified last and is often the first component to fail certification.
Most suppliers concentrate on consumer-grade low power. Fuyuang covers 60W–10KW, with its deepest engineering in the 120W–3,000W band, where standard catalogue brands typically stop around 450W. That range maps onto the show floor: embodied AI robots run 24V to 72V packs, drones use 6S to 14S lithium, AGVs and forklifts sit at 24V to 48V, and e-bikes and scooters run 36V to 60V.
Indoor service robots need silent, compact, long-life power. Fuyuang supplies 33.6V to 71.4V fanless chargers that conduct heat through an aluminium baseplate to the enclosure, removing the most common wear-out component. Representative models include 71.4V 7.5A (535W) and 54.6V 10A (546W), certified to ETL, GS, CE and KC. CAN 2.0B and RS485 Modbus RTU versions report charge state and battery health for fleet deployments.
Drone operations are limited by battery turnaround as much as by flight time. Fuyuang offers 33.6V 5.5A (8S) and 71.4V 7.5A chargers, and can develop multi-bay ground stations charging four to eight packs at once with independent CC-CV control and per-channel fault isolation.
Both work in wet or dusty conditions, so Fuyuang supplies chargers sealed to IP67 — dust tight and rated for one metre of immersion for 30 minutes. For pool cleaning robots using 6S 21.6V packs, the 26V adapter series covers 52W to 130W. Lawn mower models carry six protections: over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, reverse polarity and no-battery detection.
Warehouse AGVs target near-continuous operation, so charging cannot be the bottleneck. The 42V 12A (504W) range supports opportunity charging during short docking intervals. The 24V 25A (600W) IP67 unit for forklifts and floor scrubbers uses varnish-impregnated magnetics and selectively potted boards to survive continuous vibration.
Regulation here has tightened: UL 2849 assesses the complete e-bike electrical system in North America, while EN 15194 and EN 50604-1 apply in the EU, making the charger part of the vehicle certification chain. Fuyuang leads with a 240W GaN fast charger covering 42V, 54.6V, 58.8V and 67.2V outputs for 36V to 60V packs; GaN keeps the housing smaller at the same rating.
Fuyuang also builds constant-voltage and constant-current LED drivers from 12V to 48V and 12W to 300W, including IP44 and waterproof variants, plus multi-channel supplies for security cabinets.
More than 3,000 models have been developed, with the 120W–3,000W band the deepest, so most new projects start from an existing platform rather than a blank sheet. A failed EMC test means weeks of rework, so Fuyuang runs a CNAS-standard EMC laboratory and a RoHS testing room, screening designs internally before they reach a certification body.
Product approvals include UL, cUL, ETL and FCC for North America; CE under LVD and EMC plus TUV/GS for Europe; PSE for Japan; SAA and RCM for Australia and New Zealand; KC for Korea; CCC for China; and RoHS and REACH. Company certification covers ISO9001, ISO14001 and QC080000, with the BSCI social compliance audit passed. Approvals are issued per model.
Li-ion, LiFePO4, lead-acid, AGM and gel chemistries are supported, and chemistry must be declared at order because cut-off voltages differ materially. Selected models accept NFC configuration, so charge parameters can be changed without hardware modification.
Fuyuang employs 450 people and operates 108,000 m² of self-built plants in Dongguan, Guangdong and Yongzhou, Hunan. Production runs through automated lines, and the Dongguan plant was verified onsite by SGS Group in December 2025.
Catalogue models start at a minimum order quantity of 100 units, and custom specifications reach engineering sample in about 10 working days. All products carry a three-year warranty, and shipments run DDP, DDU, FOB or CIF.
